Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. The 30 days will start from the day the item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item was delivered on a pallet then the item must be secured in the same way as the item was when it was delivered to yourself to allow for collection.

To complete your return, we will require you to contact us so we can verify all the details of the collection address and arrange with yourself a convenient day for the item to be collected by our delivery/collection service. This will incur a £74.00 collection fee of which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

As soon as the item is delivered back to our warehouse and the item is checked and approved for refund then your refund minus the collection fee (£74.00) will be processed within 5 working days this is normally a further 2 days on from the collection date. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within this amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@southcoast-spas.co.uk and we will deal with the matter promptly.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@southcoast-spas.co.uk explaining the nature of the defect. We can then verify all the details of the collection address and arrange with yourself a convenient day for the item to be collected and the replacement delivered by our delivery/collection service .

Shipping exchanges

Depending on if the item to be exchanged is in stock and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
